Birdies

Due to current events, I needed to occupy my mind with something besides the news even with it playing in the background, these Birdies did the trick.   Fun and colorful, they made me smile.  I hope their images make you smile too.

Birdie measures 11 inches tall with a 23.5 inch circumference around the lower portion of her body.
She is made from cotton canvas and painted with acrylics.  Her hair if flax roving.   Her little coffee stained tag read: CHIRP CHIRP.

Birdie is designed and handcrafted by me.

Amelia Bunny

 Amelia Bunny measures 27 inches tall from the tips of her ears to the tips of her toes.  She is made to be a wall hanging (indoors) but will also sit rather rigidly but still cute when she does. 
She is made from cotton canvas and painted with acrylics with a wee bit of walnut ink in the mix.

Bunny Belle

Bunny Belle is a wall hanging and measures 20 inches from the tips of her ears to the bottom of her carrots.  She is made from cotton canvas.  I painted her with acrylic paints.  Her carrots are topped with dried prairie grass.

Ollie

Ollie is made to sit. Her measurements are 17.5 inches from the tips of her ears to her bottom and 24 inches from the tips of her ears to her toes. She is made from cotton muslin. I painted her with acrylic paints and stained her with Walnut Ink. Her jumper is cotton and her little sweater is made from an antique lace fabric.

PATTERN INFO: I named her Ollie because she is made from my Mr. Ollie pattern with body painted a muted white. Same coat pattern and jumper as Mr. Ollie. The differences are I didn't add the shoes and I cut the coat lapels off more rounded rather than square. I also eliminated the scarf. I painted the nose on rather than adding a sewn-on nose. I painted her eyes more in the lines of Bunny Boo Hiss.
